Moseley-Dickinson Academy Policies

Classroom: A minimum of $50.00 is required to reserve a seat in class. Pre-registration fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. However, if you are unable to attend the course you registered for, said deposit can be applied to the cost of any course you may take WITHIN 1 YEAR of the date of the original course. Tuition above the $50.00 is refundable (non-transferable) if requested in writing (not by e-mail) BEFORE the start of the class you originally signed up for. We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum enrollments per class.

Online courses: Once you purchase your online course, you have one year from the purchase date to complete the course, take and pass any/all course tests. Please choose your online course carefully as online course tuition is non-refundable, non-transferable. Please confirm the system requirements before purchasing an online course.

Privacy policy: At Moseley-Dickinson Academy of Real Estate, student records are confidential and no information about the student’s registration, attendance, finances, grades or course completion will ever be released to anyone but the student, except as authorized by the student in writing.

Course certificates: A course certificate is issued upon successful completion of a course. Replacement certificates are $5.00 each. However, if a certificate is needed for a course older than 10 years, the replacement fee is $10.00.

Written homestudy courses:Once you purchase your written homestudy course,you have one year from the purchase date to complete the course.If you choose to transfer to a classroom course, THAT course must be completed within one year from the original purchase date.
Course fees are non-refundable.
