Moseley-Dickinson Academy of Real Estate Course Details


	*Post Licensing Real Estate Education* If you received a new salesperson license (active or inactive) AFTER December 31, 2003, and this is your FIRST TIME RENEWAL, you will need to complete 30 hours of Post License Education instead of Continuing Education. You may only choose ONE track for your mandatory hours. Once you complete a mandatory course in a track, you must complete all of the mandatory hours in that track. The elective hours may be taken from any tracks.
